Areas of study
The MSc programme has six core modules that cover the most relevant topics in their field, providing students with a solid framework of knowledge they can rely on in the working world. Aside from the theoretical aspects of the course, UWS London offers the opportunity for students to network through industry speakers and significant peer interaction for a rounded educatory experience.
To complete your Master’s degree, you will need to complete:
Accounting for Performance and Control (20 credits)
Audit, Ethics and Corporate Governance (20 credits)
Corporate Finance and Global Financial Market (20 credits)
Financial Modelling and Research Methodology (20 credits)
International Corporate Reporting (20 credits)
Strategic Financial Management and Analysis (20 credits)
On successful completion of the six core modules, students will move to the Strategic Business Project or the Developing Professional Practice module, which will enable students to work with an employer on a project related to Accounting and Finance:
Developing Professional Practice (optional, 60 credits)
Strategic Business Project (optional, 60 credits)
