As an acoustics engineer, it will be essential for you to work as part of a diverse team. This acoustics course will help you to examine the key collaborative, social and ethical considerations that you will likely encounter in your future career.

UWL's School of Computing and Engineering has links with RBA Acoustics, KP Acoustics, Head Acoustics, Meridian Audio and Spectral Measurements, among others. These organisations help to support our guest lectures, masterclasses and student visits, adding industry input to your learning experience. We will encourage you to build links with relevant industry bodies such as the Institute of Acoustics, the Audio Engineering Society and the Institution of Engineering and Technology.

The school also holds a variety of industry-standard software and measurement equipment that you will have the chance to learn and operate to gain practical skills and knowledge of real-world acoustics engineering.
