Biology Program Learning Outcomes

The graduate will:

1. The graduate effectively communicates ideas and presents results using

proper English grammar, vocabulary, and conventional scientific

format in both written and oral formats.

2. The graduate demonstrates comprehension of biological content

knowledge from atoms to ecosystems through coursework.

3. The graduate demonstrates the application of the process of science

which is evidence-based and grounded in observation,

experimentation, hypothesis testing and data visualization.
