ART HISTORY
Art history examines the art and architecture of cultures past and present. It seeks to reintegrate artworks into their original contexts while also considering how they were made, how they were originally received, and how their meanings change over time. By studying art history, you will learn how to interpret, negotiate, and make meaning from information presented by images and objects. At the same time, you will develop research and writing skills and the ability to critically evaluate diverse imagery and ideas.
